Are my sessions confidential?
All clients are guaranteed the protection of confidentiality within the boundaries of the client/counselor relationship. The only limits to confidentiality occur when clients are considered a threat to themselves, a threat to someone else, any reports of child/elderly abuse or neglect, or when legally required to disclose information.

How much does counseling cost?
The initial 15 minute phone or email consultation is free to all new clients, afterwards, all individual, couples, or family sessions cost $140.00. What should I expect from counseling?
I provied a safe and nonjudgmental envionrment. Since counseling works best as a collaboration. I will ask questions to understand your feelings and thoughts and how they effect your life. I will also talk to you about your concerns, and help identify personal goals. In the end, you will find new ways to manage challenges and begin life anew.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
There is no charge for any appointments cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
